London Irish Amateur RFC (“LIARFC”) congratulates Jordan Associates on its acquisition of the intellectual property, brand, rights and other assets of the professional London Irish Rugby Club. LIARFC looks forward to having the opportunity of working with them, and seeing a professional team taking the field.

LIARFC is a members’ club and is unaffected by the transaction. It will continue its focus of
playing adult, youth and mini community rugby The Jordan acquisition did not include acquiring the ground and facilities at Hazelwood.

LIARFC’s long-term lease at Hazelwood is not affected by this transaction. The planning
obligations requiring the site to be used for community rugby, community sports and other
community activities all remain in place, as does the registration of Hazelwood as an Asset of Community Value.

Working with London GAA and Brentford Football Club Community Sports Trust, we continue with our project to acquire Hazelwood thus ensuring it remains a home for community sports.

This is a complex time-consuming project but we believe our solution is deliverable.

We strongly believe Hazelwood must remain a community asset. We have a plan which
achieves this.
