Wild Geese Home Game Ball Boy Duties
Paul Charles, LIARFC Public Relationship Officer, writes:
A great Rugby club like ours is built from the great volunteers we have. One of those really important roles is that of the Ball Boy.
To those who have done so, Thank you so much for helping our Wild Geese throughout the season so far by performing your Ball Boy Duties to such a superb level. The Wild Geese Management team and players really appreciate your support at every home game.As we come to the second half of the season we continue to need your help. In order to give you lots of notice and to help plan , a rota has been drawn up for your age level Ball boy duty.
Ball boy duty is only requested from age groups 12 and above. You get to see at close quarters Adult rugby, tackling techniques, great on field communication and the dedication required to pull on that famous Geese jersey. It’s a great experience for the lads and feedback has been top notch. So, if you have yet to volunteer, give it a go. You will not regret it.
